Section 206(1) of the Elections and Plebiscites Act has caused judicial recounts in the electoral districts of Nunakput, Sahtu, Range Lake and Yellowknife North.

Returning Officers from the respective districts are completing official addition and will issue a Certificate of Voting that will initiate the application for a judicial recount. 

The applications will likely be filed as early as tomorrow morning, Wednesday 25 November, 2015, in the Supreme Court of the Northwest Territories.
